about me
I'm a retired private investigator by profession. I currently freelance for HonkyTonkMag.com as a country music columist. I am also a photographer and digital artist, (L.Fine Experimental Imagery) My column "The Fine Line" in Honky Tonk Magazine supports industry professionals, artists, songwriters, recording studios, record labels, videographers, agents, promotion companies, historic venues and eateries. I'm a huge supporter for independent artists and industry folks.
I interview professionals knowledgeable and experienced in the music industry to share their wisdom with the readers. I think you will find my articles informative and interesting. I hope to use the column to enlighten the artist about avoidable pitfalls or points to help them with their careers, while allowing the readers an inside view of the music business in depth. Drop in on my column at the magazine,I think you'll enjoy the magazine in it's entirety. If you have suggestions on industry professionals you'd like to know more about, drop me a line. (www.honkytonkmag.com is the site and you'll find my column by hitting "On the Scene" and then scrolling down the columns til you find "The Fine Line".)
If you visit myspace and see my page you'll see what Im working on currently. I try to post information on future issues as well. I design myspace pages and manage several on the site on a regular basis. The featured artists on the page are usually indie up and comers well worth the listen, they are treasures in my eyes and labels should take a moment to lend an ear to these artists. If you see industry folks listed on my page, it is because I support and promote their businesses or entities because they are trusted sites and trusted companies. I urge any artist to check these people out. They are some of the best in the business and I urge everyone to use them. I have a great circle of folks over there and hope to build the same friendships here at Digital Rodeo. I'm so impressed with the site already and hope I can be an asset to the site and the artists who have made their homes here at DR.
If you need photography or custom art for you projects, please feel free to email me, it's how I make my living.
Please drop in on the page anytime. There's always room for one more at my place. I wish all of you much success with all your dreams, your work, your music and your lives.
Remember positive flow out = positive flow back to ya...Karma has a way of slapping you down if you try living in a negative way. Just a thought.....
Wishing everyone success with their music and work....
