Sun. March 30, 2008 Hi everyone,

I have been ask so many times If i did a cover of Randy Owens Braid My Hair the answer is NO my version is not a cover.
the song "Braid My Hair" The time has come for me to finally answer that question. I was ask to record the song by a song writer (Christopher Mark Gray) in Nashville months ago when I first heard the song I knew I just had to record it
we went up and recorded the song with intentions of releasing the song nationally then. After about a month or so we found out a major artist was wanting to cut the song for his first solo project. At that time we decided to hold off on doing anything with the song.

When I found out who the artist was
We wanted it to be kept a secret till the news of it was put out by them.
Man this was a hard secret to keep hahahah

The song has been released by Randy Owen yes the one from the group (Alabama)
For his first solo cd
The project Was produced by John Rich

I am so proud I had the chance to record a song that hasnow been recorded by a legend in the music business. And that the writers had faith in me to be the one who recorded it. It brings tears to my eyes to know that I have people that believe in me and my music that much
