I want to clear up some the confusion that circulates around our player as I know a lot of people are confused.

1.) First of all, every player and profile functions the same way...there are no favorites on DR!

2.) As far as the plays are concerned, we only record unique plays per IP address every 2 hours.

3.) The player only shows the play numbers on a revolving 24 hour window from the current time, that means that technically every minute the plays could change.

4.) One of the reasons your play numbers might not be showing up is due to cache on your browser...for more information on this go to http://www.digitalrodeo.com/help/issue/438.

All in all, these four factors can effect how your plays show up in a variety of ways, with everyone being informed it should make more sense now.

Again, we don't play favorites on this site, it's one of the things that drives us crazy about country music. We also don't accept money payment for features, we only feature those that we feel qualified, have great determination, or a new single (video, music).

Not to be a linguistic know-it-all, but in the paragraph following paragraph 4, you mean "affect" (usually a verb, but which can also be a noun) instead of "effect" (usually a noun, but which can also be a verb. For example, "these four factors can affect how your plays show up. One of the effects of factor 2 is we won't count multiple plays within a two hour period at a single IP address." I hope you will effect a change by substituting "affect" for "effect". That will definitely improve the affect of your discourse.

Tim, I know your busy my friend. digital rodeo is great. I have been having an issue with a fellow DR member. The DR website is: www.digitalrodeo.com/leeannnoel The problem is with comments and emails. I don't know if the member is blocked or with the security features can be stopped from visiting my site as a neighbor. I wish to not have this individual as my neighbor. Is their anything I can to or any way I can know she is not visiting my DR site as a neighbor? I wish to have a pleasant experience with DR and I love your creation hereand your place, so unique, and have made many new friends. However this individual is not a friend, and wishes for it to remain that way. She apparantly has a problem with me, I actually don't have one with her. But by keeping her from going to my site. It would help me out as I don't need negativity wiithin this nice community here. Thanks. I've wriiten before, but don't know if anyone received my email. Hey tim ... I also still have major uploading problems, i loose connection after at most about 66% - and i DO have mp3 files.. help please before i loose my hair in stress and worry..

hello Tim, im still having problems uploading. i dont have mp3 files on my computer can you please make it so that all music can be uploaded the same. if not just some of the waves and other stuff i have the most amazing music that just has to be uploaded please do me a HUGE favor and email me some of the things that you Can make us upload. thank you so much and have a great day! Hello Tim, My name is Dale Michael ("Roadster" on here). Just joined and haven't checked the site out fully yet. I liked Quintana. She has a Patsy Cline voice. My Fiance writes poetry. She wins contests & is currently in the International top 200 out of Thousands of entries. She can write about anything, but can't sing. Basically into Country & Religion. Easy to put to music. She can email or fax samples. Know anyone? Country music contains slang. Shes lived all over the country, and sometimes I question things. Were living close to Pittsburgh, Pa. "Slang City". But there all her words and ideas. I just type set and throw a frame around them so they look nice. Feedback from other websites suggest she puts them to music. Shes also big on the War, which was her last submission, which put her into the top two hundred. Millions of readers. She knows how to reach peoples hearts. She is now non reversably handicapped & can no longer do what she physically did. So she just started poetry again and her first one Won like they did years ago. I don't mean to put her on a pedastool - just stateing facts and opinions of others. I'm starting a book for her and we would like to get them onto a CD with the right singer. I'm semi retired. Plenty of email addresses, but the most used is "grand_positive@yahoo.co.uk", even though I live in the us
