Inspiration I grew up with a mom who was always singing in a gospel group, and most of the time i was singing with her. I have always known that music was my life. I loved listening to dolly and tammy wynette, daddy liked george jones and i grew up listening to daddy's country and moma's gospel, I love all types of music but country is my heart. I started singing at a very early age and now i am 38 and it is still all i want to do.

My name is Sherry Hancock, I am a 38 year old singer/songwriter from alabama. I am married and have 3 children. I have my own home studio where I work. I am currently trying to get my songs heard and to the public. I am hoping to get started soon with Farm Boy Music Group. My dream is to sing on the grand ole opry and have my songs being played, if recorded by me or someone else doesnt really matter. I am hoping to make this year a very successful year for my carrer.
