    Kellie Pickler will take part in her first USO tour this year, traveling to the Persian Gulf for concerts and meet-and-greets with U.S. troops.

    Following tour dates this year with Brad Paisley, Pickler will open select shows for Rascal Flatts in early 2008. "I am so grateful to the USO for this opportunity," says Pickler.

    "This is my first ever trip overseas and to be able to sing for our troops makes it even more special." Her new single is "Things That Never Cross a Man's Mind."
