biography

Michael was born Jan 22, 1972 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Almost from the time he was able to speak Michael has been singing. Starting in his father's church he sang with his family every chance they had. With his father also being in the military, Michael and his family moved around multiple times. This has had a positive influence on Michael's love of various types of music. Michael lived in the great blues city of Memphis for 4 years. Memphis played a very important part on influencing Michael's love and talent for blues.

Also following in his father's foot Steps Michael joined the Army National Guard where he served as a air traffic controller. He was deployed during operation endeavor/joint guard to Wiesbaden, Germany. Michael has Six years with the military.

While living in Memphis he loved going downtown and listening to all of the live music, especially down on the famed Beale Street.

Michael has played in various band during his musical journey. He's played in bands that play everything from blues to country to southern rock.

Other than music his hobbies include fishing, 4-wheeling and golf.

Hi!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. I have been busy trying to pull together everything for the release of "Ain't It Beautiful" to country radio. So now it is done. "Ain't It Beautiful" hits the country radio airwaves February 20 th. Wish me luck. Hopefully you will call your local country radio station and request they play it. I sincerely appreciate your help & support.

I hope all is going well for you. I'm trying to get around to all of my great friends here on the Rodeo so if you see this message repeat itself it's only because I have been away for such a long time and am going to try and catch up with everyone.
