You sure can! When you are creating a new blog there is an option called “Privileges”. Under the drop down menu are three selections:
1. Just Me (doesn’t show anyone)
2. Everyone (shows everyone, even people not in your neighborhood)
3. Just My Friends (shows only your neighbors)
