You sure can! Just follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your Digital Rodeo account
2. On the right of your ‘My Home’ page under recent activity is your bulletin board
3. Under Bulletin Board there is a link called “Post Bulletin”
4. If you click this you’ll be directed to a place to post your bulletin
5. Give it a subject and write what you want the bulletin to say under “body”
6. Click “Post Bulletin” and your bulletin will be posted
