Amanda Henkel was born among the bayous of Louisiana where she was influenced at an early age by her father’s love of country music. But that passion was put on hold as she staked her claim to stardom in a different way.
While still in her teens, she embarked on an extensive international modeling career that took her around the globe, living life through the lenses of some of the world’s most famous fashion photographers. After attaining worldwide recognition, Amanda’s focus returned to her first TRUE love, music.
At the famed Capitol Studios on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles and under the masterful eyes and ears of accomplished producer/engineer Csaba Petocz (Cody McCarver, John Michael Montgomery, Ben Folds, Greenday), Amanda rekindled that childhood passion, pouring her heartfelt vocals into a series of songs that will mesmerize you the moment you experience them.
