The master stroke from John Hiatt... I don't believe I've ever heard such a fundamentally sad song played to such a great jam! The instruments just sound beautiful in this cut, and what a treasure to find!

I been lookin for this vid for over a week and I forgot what his name was haha and I found it! This for me is one of the best RnB tunes; I like John's style very much; I am glad to have found him again! I saw taped this vid and have it somewhere LOL!

I'm ashamed - ashamed!- to say I've owned 3 of Hiatt's CDs for a few years and only went back into them heavy once 'Pink Bedroom' got its hooks into me. Egad, what a writer/performer. Great 'Cry Love' performance and video!
