Jason Wilder Comedy's Comedian Bio
|
| Bio | Jason Wilder grew up in a small town in central Kentucky, and still lives in the same area. Always having a knack for making people laugh and smile, he was alway active in plays, musicals, and chorus in high school as well as other activities like the football team and school yearbook staff. Later in adult life, having worked a number of different jobs, he came to work as a sales manager for satellite communications company. While doing this, he was offered a job at a local radio station, selling ads and producing commercials.
A few years later, after moving to another community with his wife at the time, he was offered another job as an on air DJ for a local radio station. It was a call in request show but he still managed to make the listeners smile. He still holds the record for the most calls for request in the station’s history, over 300 for a single 4 hour broadcast.
Years later, wanting to get back into entertainment, he followed a bulletin posted by Adrianne Curry on My Space and found Now Live, the social broadcasting site. He called into a show, and the hosts of the show told him how good he sounded on air, and found his whimsical stories hilarious. So he decided to start his own show on Now Live..Hillbilly Heaven. This show is approaching its first year on the air and is constantly growing and improving. So he decided to make this profile at the request of many fans. Hopefully you will enjoy these clips and the show as well.
Hillbilly Heaven is a part of Now Live’s Featured Network, which affords his show huge circulation throughout the internet. Friends of the show include Adrianne Curry, Ester Goldberg, Forbidden, Krystle Lina, Bobbi Billard, just to name a few.
Hillbilly Heaven is a look into the finer aspects of Hillbilly/Redneck life. The show features guests that range from Country Music Artists, Comedians, and just average, everyday folk like yourself. The show airs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night at 11PM Eastern / 8PM Pacific time at www.nowlive.com. Check out the show when you can.
Jason is now working on music, comedy routines, and other projects for the coming year, and staying busy for a bit. Who I'd like to meet:
Now that one would be a very long list. There are so many people I admire, and would be honored to meet. Most of all, I would have to say the people I would like to meet the most are the fans of my show. They have made the show what it is today, and without there support and encouragement none of it would have been possible. Funny thing is, there are people much more famous than me that are my fans...who would have thought that? WOW!
