I love Boston Terriers,Pugs and Boxer dogs. Also love birds and own a very talkative Double Yellow-Headed Amazon parrot named "Oscar" and a African Grey named "Dillon". I love flowers, my favorite is Yellow Roses. I enjoy good music, television, reading, needlepoint and most anything outdoors like weekend outings or grilling out. I am not much of a dancer anymore but I love to watch folks Shag. I think it is just a beautiful dance.

About me: Married 25 years to Doug. We have a very handsome 19 year old son. My son is my life!! I was born and raised in West Tennesse, came to North Carolina in 1974 and stayed. My music likes are varied, Blues, Beach, Country, Oldies, Motown, Bluegrass and Southern Gospel. I like going to Southern Gospel singings. I enjoy fishing(don't get to go much), gardening, feeding the wild birds & Hummingbirds, doing needlepoint,& watching Nascar(I do live in Nascar country after all). I, like making new friends and reconnecting with old ones. I enjoy having good times with good people and having interesting conversation. I enjoy sunsets and country living. I love the smell of coffee brewing, the scent of Jasmine,Roses and fresh cut grass, the sound of birds, rain on a tin roof and the ocean waves. I love the graceful movement of a weeping willow in the breeze. I like picnics, gatherings with friends and family. I love the country with old farm houses,barns and open pastures, gardens full of flowers and veggies.
