Eligibility:

Winner must have an active profile on Digital Rodeo, and add Tracy Lawrence and the Grand Ole Opry as a NEIGHBOR, be at least 18 years old, or traveling with Parent/Legal Guardian at least 18 years old and able to travel from within the 48 contiguous states.

How to enter:

Have an active Digital Rodeo profile, add Tracy Lawrence and the Grand Ole Opry as a neighbor prior to June 11th, 2008.

Determination of Winner:

Winners will be randomly selected and announced by Tracy Lawrence via Video Announcement on Digital Rodeo.com

Rules and Restrictions:

• Must be at least 18 years old to win Traveling with Parent/Legal Guardian
• Accompanying guest must be Father or Legal Guardian of Winner
• Air travel from within 48 contiguous states only
• Winner responsible for meal and misc. expenses
• Digital Rodeo.com, and all additional Sponsors are not responsible for personal expenses outside of trip components listed above
• Winner must accept trip upon announcement or forfeit trip to second place winner and so on
• My Dad is “Grander” than Your Dad Sweepstakes is non-transferable
• No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted

Requirements of Winner:

Winner and Guest are required to sign and return releases of liability, declarations of eligibility, and where lawful, publicity consent agreements, within five (5) days of acknowledged notification. By agreeing to become the Winner and Guest, Winner and Guest agree to the use of his or her name(s), voice and/or likeness, and submitted content, for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible (under these rules or due to a failure to comply with any of the other applicable policies, licenses, rules, and/or fails to timely return the completed and executed releases/agreements as required, winner status will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

General Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out participation in the Contest, even if any or all of the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person, or entry that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of each, are not responsible for electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result from participation in the Contest or arising from the entrant’s access to and use of the Internet site http://www.digitalrodeo.com (and all related websites of Sponsors), including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or operation of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
