Established in 2006, the owners, Karen Burton and Amanda Smith, have a combined 12 years of industry experience, education and knowledge to back them up. Karen and Amanda both believe in giving back to the community, after all, without you, Poodle's will not succeed. They are currently in the process of setting up programs with the local colleges to aid student success ratio's after graduation. In this cut-throat industry, most employers have 3 strict requirements of their designers;
1. Education - Certificate or degree program completion
2. Portfolio - student and professional pieces
3. Experience - 2-5 years of current working knowledge in the industry
