Misty Rae Endorsement Deal and Custom Guitar Line with Redentore Guitars

Tue. September 09, 2008 Misty Rae is proud to announce her artist endorsement deal with Redentore Guitars. Redentore is known for its meticulously constructed, flawlessly finished hand built archtop guitars. Misty Rae and Redentore have teamed up to bring the first flat top hybrid acoustic guitar into the Redentore family line. Not only will Misty have her own custom Redentore, she will also have her own line of Redentore Guitars. The complete Misty Rae line is expected to launch in early 2009.

These instruments are hand built by one man, Mark Piper, in his own shop just outside of Nashville, TN. One set of hands and one set of eyes from start to finish. In the past Mark has worked in the custom shops of major guitar manufacturers Fender and Guild. During his career, he has worked on projects for legendary artists such as Alan Jackson, Keith Richards, Wayne Newton, Steve Miller, George Strait, Deana Carter, and many others. In 2007, with 30+ years of success as a Master Builder under his belt, Mark launched Redentore Guitars. "We're excited to be working with Misty on this revolutionary and proprietary design that will provide a much larger sound from a smaller and lighter instrument," Piper said at the first design meeting.

Misty will be posting blogs, photos and videos of the construction of her line on her myspace so please stay tuned for more information. She already has a photo album started in the photo section of her myspace titled "Misty Rae's Custom Line of Redentore Guitars" where you can watch Misty and Mark's creation come to life.
