Dear Music artists,Please let me take the time to introduce myself... My Name is Tamra Lynn Smith. I am a songwriter who has been writing for about 20 years. I am starting a group www.digitalrodeo.com/hottopicmusicnews on DR. I have spent time in Nashville working with some great music artists, writing Bio stories, writing magazine articles and working with co-writers. I started a music support group on line in 1998 called hottopicsmusicnews@yahoogroups.com (one of the first groups out there) It was designed to be a Non-Profit help organization to help all music artists find answers to questions, meet other artists, find co-writers, and new opportunities in the music industry... We had everyone involved including radio stations, DJ's, Indies Artists, talent groups, sect... It was a very strong support group. Though it is still going, at one time we had 3,000 members. I left the industry and took a 7 year break due to personal reasons. During that time, I kind of let the group go. I still have people asking for advice on a daily basis and asking questions...I try to find the answers and try to help new artists from making the same mistakes that I have fallen into. I need your support to get this group going on DR which is an extension of the original group...Please join us..participate, give your tips and stories so others can be inspired by you...it only takes a few minutes of time. You can make a difference. If you are already a big star or just starting out.. You have something to offer to another music artist.This business is about knowledge and helping people..
