About Me
Kristina is from a small town in the Sandhills of Western Nebraska. Country and Christian are the genres that most compliment her personal style and best allow her to share who she is with her audience. Kristina was a finalist on the ABC Primetime Special “Six Degrees of Martina McBride” and the winner of the People's Choice Awards for her performance at the Wild Horse Saloon in Nashville, TN. Since the airing of “Six Degrees”, Kristina has relocated to Nashville, TN and has been performing and writing for her new debut album and is currently working with award winning Producer Frank Green, of DigitalMasters in Nashville to record her album. She has just completed three songs and has made them available in her self-titled CD for her fans as well as the local radio stations. “I am so excited about this project, about all the new things we are getting accomplished and being able to have some songs in my new album ready for my fans. I really wanted lyrics that portrayed the type of woman I am and songs that people could listen to and say, "that's my song". I'm writing with some amazing writers and I can't wait to see what we come up with to complete the CD. My goal for this album is for my fans get to know who I am and that my music will make a difference in their lives." Her latest song “Come Home” talks of the lingering voice in a person's head that continuously calls that person back to their home. The song is both timely and timeless as it bridges the gap between the fast moving city life and the draw of going back home. The song “Still That Little Girl” is the country girl anthem, in that it explains the complexity of a grown woman that embraces her young girl ideals. “The songs seamlessly blend in with the current class of country as well as the senior country crooners that have been maintaining the integrity of the genre for decades” “Kristina will solidify herself as one of country's most successful acts” Kristina is a young woman with high principles, small-town roots, natural talent, love of people and an eagerness to do God's Will, a combination that creates musical magic!
