biography
Known as one of the nicest groups in the industry hasn't stopped these outlaw, country rockers from steaming down the track from "Nowhere to Somewhere". Every performance is high-energy, blues-based rock & roll which gets every patron in the house dancing with their hands above their head as they perform their first release off of their debut album, "Last Good Time".
Although Flynnville Train was formed in 2001 and spent several years playing clubs, they supported each other's efforts for years before collaborating. Brothers Brian (lead vocals) and Brent Flynn (lead guitar/vocals) secured the talents of Tommy Bales (drums) and Tim Beeler (bass) to form a sound that was inspired by country, hard rock and blues. As they all grew up "old school" in Indiana, they are natural entertainers and put their personalities into their music as well as their talents. The result is a band that is talented, fun and entertaining. Flynnville Train keeps based in their roots with songs such as "Tell Mama" and "Truck Stop in the Sky".
They eventually caught the ear of Richard Young, guitarist with the Kentucky Headhunters, who helped produce an album the band released themselves. The album made its way to Toby Keith, who had them perform live. After seeing Flynnville Train, Keith signed the band to his record label, Show Dog Nashville, and Flynnville Train's self-titled album for Show Dog was released in the fall of 2007. After years of relentless touring, writing and performing, Flynnville Train is on track to climb "High on the Mountain" which was featured in Toby Keith's movie, Broken Bridges. Every stop along the way adds Fans from every genre and they are not sitting on a corner stool when the guys perform "Tequila Sheila". Flynnville Train gets the party started, keeps it going and everyone asks for more.
