» Clay Underwood Country
Born of a faith filled family, Clay Underwood knew he was destined to be a major force in country music at the tender age of 5 when he belted out the tune "Elvira" in front of 1000 listeners at Hodgenville, Kentucky's famous Lincoln Jamboree. His fame quickly began to spread as he grew both in stature and in talent. Perfecting his craft on the regional jamboree circuits, Clay's crowd pleasing performances would convince even his peers to dub him "Clay-cephus". More importantly, Clay's growing fan base would reward his efforts with a loud and clear message. From 2002 to 2004, Clay was honored to be the first and only 3 time recipient of the coveted "Peoples Choice" award for "Entertainer of the Year" and 2 time winner (02 & 04) for "Male Vocalist of the Year."Today this Kentucky native has his musical career into high gear and is taking his electrifying star power to the national level. Debuting a star powered 12 song collection, Clay takes his listeners on a journey of heart warming emotion, foot stompin' celebration, drive time contemplation and rebel rousing applause for speaking what's in the hearts of Americans.
