SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY-VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW

1. Who Can Enter: Any legal U. S. resident (excluding its territories, overseas military installations and commonwealths), age 18 or older as of date of entry who has an active Digital Rodeo profile AND adds Chuck Wicks as a neighbor is automatically entered into the sweepstakes. You must be age 18 or older to be a winner and in the event that the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to that person’s parent and/or legal guardian. Employees of Digital Rodeo, Chuck Wicks and SonyBMG or any of these entities subsidiaries, affiliated entities and members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate. Entrants may only win once and may be prohibited from winning any subsequent sweepstakes.

2. How to Enter: If you have an active Digital Rodeo profile AND you have added Chuck Wicks as a neighbor, you are automatically entered into the sweepstakes.

3. Prize: The total retail value of the sweepstakes prize is $2,500.00. One (1) Grand Prize: Airfare for two (2 from a major city near winner’s hometown; two (2) tickets (with backstage meet-and greet access) to attend a Chuck Wicks live performance, the date and location to be determined by Digital Rodeo and Chuck Wicks; dinner for two (2) with the Chuck Wicks crew backstage prior to the live performance; one (1) nights accommodations for two (2) (double occupancy) at a hotel in the vicinity of the Chuck Wicks live performance. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. No warranty or guarantee will be given by Sponsor in respect to all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable.

4. Prize Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing by a representative of Sponsor and the winner will be announced upon completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility and such other forms as Sponsor may reasonably require.

5. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by either electronic mail. The winner will have two (2) days from notification to accept the prize and complete an affidavit of eligibility and such other forms as Sponsor may reasonably require. Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If no response is obtained within two (2) days of notification, the prize will be awarded to a replacement drawn at random.

7. Limits of Liability: By entering the sweepstakes, entrants release and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly , from the sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation and/or invasion of privacy. In no event will the Sponsor be responsible, or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of any acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, of participation in, the prize awarded in connection with the sweepstakes. Neither the Sponsor nor Internet access providers are responsible for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, and interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure in connection with any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entries are void if unreadable, inaccurate, incomplete, tampered with, forged, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning the prize furnished or made available in connection with the sweepstakes. Although Sponsor attempts to ensure the integrity of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of entrants or other individuals in connection with the sweepstakes, including entrants or other individual’s attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer(s), other equipment, or person(s), related to or resulting from participation in the sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify these Official Rules and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the sweepstakes, and to select a winner from among all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable. Proof of submitting entry will not be deemed receipt of such entry by the Sponsor.

8. General Terms: By entering and participating in this sweepstakes, entrants (a) fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor (which decisions shall be final and binding in all respects), including without limitation decisions regarding eligibility, winners and the interpretation of the terms used in these official rules and (b) represents and warrants that all information provided by the entrant in connection with the sweepstakes is true, accurate and complete. The Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to disqualify and/or deem ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes any individual it suspects: to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or the sweepstakes site; to be acting in violation of the official rules or the sweepstakes site’s terms of service, privacy policy or other terms, conditions or guidelines; to be acting in bad faith or in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, harass any other person; to have failed to agree to these official rules; or to be in violation of these official rules. Any attempts by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any internet site or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of these official rules as well as criminal and civil laws. Should the Sponsor believe or become aware that such an attempt has been or will be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible entrant(s) and other responsible individual(s) in the attempted damage to the fullest extent permitted by law, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution.

9. Change to Rules: These Official Contest Rules are subject to change. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules on a regular basis.

10. Winner Responsibilities: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred. The winner must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.

11. Winner Publicity: Sponsor may wish to publish the first name, first letter of last name, location (city/state) and photograph of the winner and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on www.digitalrodeo.com and the winner will reasonably cooperate with Sponsor in this regard.

12. Official Rules/Winner’s List: For a copy of the winner’s list, send a self-addressed stamped enveloped to Law Office of Wayne Halper, 3902 Trimble Road, Nashville, Tennessee 37215 by November 1, 2008.
